Terms & Conditions

"These terms govern our agreement with you and ensure a smooth, transparent experience for everyone involved in your wedding journey."

1. 01
   Pre-Event Consultation

   The parties agree to a consultation prior to 30 days before the event to finalise shooting times and locations. This ensures we are perfectly aligned with your vision and can plan every detail of your day.

2. 02
   Booking Fee & Payment Terms

   A booking fee of 50% secures the date. This advance is non-refundable and non-transferable. The balance payment is due before the last day of the wedding. 18% GST is applicable on all services.

3. 03
   Cancellation & Postponements

   Postponed weddings retain the booking fee provided the photographer is able to re-schedule to the new date. Cancellations — regardless of reason — are non-refundable as the date is blocked exclusively for your event.

4. 04
   Delivery

   Pictures and videos will be delivered within 60–90 working days after receipt of full payment. Sneak peeks and couple-shot previews are typically delivered within one week of the event.

5. 05
   Copyrights

   Amour Affairs reserves all copyrights to the photographs and films for company benefit and portfolio use. Clients receive full usage rights for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reselling or licensing the images to third parties is strictly prohibited.

6. 06
   Conduct

   Clients are responsible for the conduct and behaviour of their guests. Amour Affairs reserves the right to terminate an assignment if the behaviour of guests or others presents a risk to the safety of our team or their equipment. In such cases, no refund of fees will be made.
